One of my mates had to call the bizzies the other night as there was a bit of a 'problem' near to his home, anyway he phones up and is put through to West lothian police!! Ha my god! How the hell would that happen? Hes had an apology..... but?

a few years ago i called fire brigade an got through to glasgow fire service thank gawd it was only a bin and not something that could have been a tragedy crossed wires somewhere
