The shop used to be a post office for a short while and used to flood in heavy rain. Bird house is on the left. Mill lane for those who dont know, looks a lot different now, you would be looking at Poulton Vics Social Club.

When was this picture taken do you know?

The photo dates from the early 1900's. That's a road sweep standing outside Bird's House by the way.

Can't be any earlier than 1900 as St.Luke's wouldn't have existed. Best guess 1906 - 1910.

Been given 100`s of pictures and none have a description or date, sorry.
