Hi Sorry to bother everyone again..firts thanks for replies re phone...now I have another problem which has just happened...I have a canon printer, excellent printer, but all of a sudden it is refusing to print anything from my computer (2 years old,straight windows 7 operating)
It will print a test page when I ask it through the computer request and will print scanned items and copy items but wont print letters I want to send
Any ideas please folks

have u tried getting up to date drivers from the canon website ?

Goto devices and Add printer.

I know its already installed by win 7 from what your saying but do it again, i resently had a situation where the win 7 drivers kept failing to install, and in the end done add printer, and it worked

Uninstall all canon folders then turn printer back on, it should reset itself.
