At the moment I have AVG Free, free-av, MalwareByte's Anti-Malware & Spybot S&D, and none of them have been successful in removing this f**kin trojan, not sure about wiping the drive or starting in safe mode...not very IT knowledgable when it comes to stuff like that whistle

Again. Use these 2 programs, AVG is poop. Do a full scan also delete the unused programs.

ESET NOD32

http://www.eset.co.uk/Trial/Home

and then unlock it every month with serial/username on nod123 website.

Hi Cathie, You should look for some thing like this to get rid of it.

"Boot-time scanner

Allows you to scan your computer for infections before the operating system has started and before a virus can be activated (32-bit operating systems only)."

goto http://www.avast.com/en-gb/free-antivirus-download#tab2

This has worked great in the past, and its free.

good luck !

BTW: AVG has a bad habit of reporting some packers as Trojans, but Avast will sort it out.
