Something i had forgoten about until i found a picture today !.

I know it's not Wirral but did anyone else go and see the Apollo 10 capsule when it was at the museum in Liverpool, i think the capsule is in the science museum in london now. Not sure what date it was i would guess about 70-71 ish, i was lucky as one of my relations worked at the museum so i got to hold the moon rock as well.

Remember seeing it in Manchester museum of science and technology
can't remember timeline now

The capsule is now at the Science Museum in Kensington, near Hyde Park.
