After a period of obsession with scootering my son asked for a bespoke, custom made scooter for Xmas. Als since then his interest has wained and it has been used twice!

We had it custom made at DKA Wheels Deeside (a magnet for Scooter people!). It has:

We bought it for £625 (!!) in Decemeber.

You seem to miss the point here. This is a serious piece of kit. I know that scooters are available at very low prices on eBay. However there are also numerous clapped out low rent fords and vauxhalls on auto trader. This however is more of a Bugatti of the scooter world and as such would only appeal to people who appreciate that.
