Over the last week, bombing raids have continued across the outskirts of Aleppo and other regions in Syria.

Only yesterday a report said that approx. 440,000 people had returned to Aleppo to rebuild their lives amongst the rubble.

http://www.unhcr.org/uk/news/latest/2017/11/5a096a894/aleppo-returnees-assess-scale-rebuilding.html

In the last couple of hours, a bombing raid has attacked A market place outside Aleppo. Fatalities.
Not yet understood if it is the Syrian forces, or the Russians, according to the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights.

Do you think it is a crime against humanity ? We don't get much coming out of Syria these days.

Touching knees by prominent people seems to be far more important. no

I keep an eye on what's happening from time to time, but it's truly heart breaking what is going on, out there . A life of fear for the children, many of whom are so damaged psychologically, according to children's charities, they may never recover fully.

Every bomb dropped is a crime, don't need words like humanity.

Dropping bombs on places you are not even at war with is ultimate sin, we criticise terrorists for the same, we (as a country) are terrorists.
Posted By: granny Re: Is this crime against humanity - 13th Nov 2017 9:35pm
Syrian forces are bombing their own people , accompanied by their mates the Russians. Neither of them are at war with Syria , just the rebel groups etc.
Imagine if the RAF bombed the Empire theatre in the middle of a performance ? People bombed whist shopping for food (not that there is much) ?

Syria has officially been in civil war since 2012.

Yes, and introduced by outsiders initially. I was told by a guy from Aleppo that the infiltrators first went into the countryside and created hate , animosity and fear with lies to gather the people together, then moved into the cities and did the same using the other side of the coin to have the same effect , so to speak. Then it all kicked off after the Arab Spring.

The Syrian people wanted Assad , and had never thought differently and christians and Muslims lived side by side on a near 50/50 basis, church next to mosque in the same street for years and years without any bother.

It's when I hear things like that, it's actually possible to see the same happening in any European country at the moment with the rise on the extremists. It doesn't take much to light a touch paper and there's a lot of hate around towards Muslims in general.

Posted By: diggingdeeper Re: Is this crime against humanity - 13th Nov 2017 10:15pm
There's a lot of hate to non-muslims as well!

World needs a big RESET!
Posted By: granny Re: Is this crime against humanity - 13th Nov 2017 10:25pm

Unfortunately, all IS members are Muslim.

I have just seen the news report about the exodus of ISIS fighters out of Syria across the desert to Turkey. About 4,000 of them, that took about 4 hours to pass through villages with all their armory, driven by Syrians who didn't know what they were to be involved in. " The secret they don't want us to know".. Not sure who 'they' are but I read this the other day. reported on 7th November.

I know, I remember when it first was on RT or Al jezeera, my OH and I sat listening to the original talk of it ages ago and both being gobsmacked, and then we didnt know how many it actually was! (seems its happened more than the once) Couldnt believe or understand the justification for it ! OH had wanted the whole lot wiped out there and then while the opportunity presented itself and announced that in due course we would be sorry later if we didnt!

We know little.

Yesterday I found this article , another piece about the different groups. USA supporting 'freedom fighters' a diluted branch of Al Qaeda.

There again, if anyone is in that country, I imagine they would all have to fight and anything against IS would be a bonus.

The bit about the 'White Helmets' is also eye opening.

So the UK got any ground troops or ground operations in Syria? Looks like that is a lie!

UK just fund the White Helmets to do the dirty work, whom in most cases, aren't Syrians ! Quite a number of Egyptians and Turks.

With the US forces against ISIS. Al Qaeda are not the same as ISIS or Al Nusra.

And Marcus Papadopoulos again two years later. UK is one of the worst terrorist Countries in the world, we need politicians like Corbyn and Galloway to take over and get the Blaires and Mays of our world prosecuted for crimes against humanity.

The people of the UK should be showing their total disgust for our leaders' behaviours.

Posted By: granny Re: Is this crime against humanity - 31st Mar 2018 10:29pm

It does show how the western media are unable to deviate from what has been programmed into them.

The people of the UK have also been brainwashed into the same mode and opinions. As one Syrian said, " Nobody cares, we need help but the world has forgotten us " and the same still applies.
Oil, gas and water seem to have priority to starvation, inhumanity, and deaths of innocents.
What the UN is about, I have no idea. Nikki Haley is always making threats towards Assad and Palestine on behalf of the bully boys and the Israeli lobby.
I might be confused, but I thought the UN were supposed to be a 'peace keeping' organisation.
Posted By: diggingdeeper Re: Is this crime against humanity - 31st Mar 2018 10:52pm
I don't think the UN has authorised any military action in Syria by any country CLICKY. One of your links above quite rightly states that Russia is the only foreign country that legally is allowed to take military action in Syria.

Maybe because she's in bed with George Sorros the manipulator ,and no-one knows what he's actually up to overall . Plus , they say she is " as ambitious as Lucifer" . Great combo.

Tom Duggan based in Damascus, friend and stablemate of Vanessa Beely, all that's missing from this video is a signed confession, just saying granny seems to good to be true, I do believe it is six of one and half a dozen of the other each blaming the other, I don't know how the Syrians work, but good practice would be to have ETO clear the booby traps before allowing people to poke around, it's amazing given the damage to the building that non of the booby traps were set off, because they must have been laid before the building was shelled given the amount of dust on everything.

What a ballsed up rotten world we live in!
Posted By: diggingdeeper Re: Is this crime against humanity - 10th Apr 2018 10:33am
The concept of having a metal foundry in the same building as explosives sounds very far fetched.

The only chemical formula I saw in the book was for TNT, there wasn't a sign of any of the equipment for making TNT. In fact apart from the bags of material hanging around, there was absolutely no sign of any equipment, not even a funnel or measuring devices let alone steaming equipment. Its probably easier to get hold of explosives than a consistent supply of chemicals to make TNT.

The only bag I managed to identify was for Carbon Black which is more likely to be used in the foundry than explosives.

I suspect the whole place was a scrap metal collection point with a foundry for making the various mortar shell and other casings out of whatever metal they laid their hands on.

They wouldn't be the first terrorist group "parading" their stocks of arms which in reality were empty casings (or even wooden ones in some cases).

I know Snowy, I've got no faith in any of the politicians at the moment. Bitterly disappointed with May think she's become no more than a puppet with whoever pulling the strings! I don't like Corbyn as you know , sorry if some people don't like that but that's my view, don't think he's up to the job at all.
Just wish someone would come forward and Instill some honour and integrity back into politics and I'm not so stupid as to think that some hard decisions have to be made. I despair of the world at the moment.

But one of the politicians with the most "honour and integrity" you don't think is "up to the job"?

The only three UK national politicians that I think would not intentionally lie are Corbyn, Galloway and Farage. One of those may be capable of intentionally misleading by omission.

Corbyn has survived (or even excelled in) the biggest and broadest onslaught against a UK politician in modern politics, and you think he's not up to the job? He has the largest number of supporters of any European politician, and you think he's "not up to the job"?

When you read how dishonest other politicians are and have been (even Martin Luther King has a load of skeletons in the cupboard), I would love to believe it is possible to have someone that is up to the job in your criteria.
Posted By: cools Re: Is this crime against humanity - 10th Apr 2018 3:40pm
Think we're going off topic here, apologies... it is only my opinion DD and know your passion for Corbyn along with others on here, Rude being a great supporter as well and that's all to your credit. For me the nearest one who I could support would be Farage and let's face it , he's not perfect.
As I said dissalusioned with them all!

This could well be a crime against humanity. Committed with the help of the UK. and other governments.Quite a long video, 15 mins, but it needs to be seen.

Why are our UK ambulances in the terrorist headquarters ? Why do White Helmets share Al Nusra / Al Qaeda headquarters ?
The Syrian people have been trying to tell us about the White Helmets for a long time, and so far no one has listened. Far too many believe the propaganda about how marvellous they are. Well they are not and UK have funded them to act on behalf of the Syrian terrorists, which is what the Syrian people have been trying to tell us.

This would be more proof to any who want to open their eyes .

Having a large number of supporters does not automatically make you good at your job. Germany, 1930's anyone?

Corbyn might be a good LOCAL MP, a good backbencher, but he's way out of his depth for anything else. Just like when he runs away from reporters who ask awkward questions. Or the way he ducked out of the anti-seminism debate before John Mann spoke:

https://www.express.co.uk/news/uk/9...ate-Jeremy-Corbyn-Commons-walk-out-video

"Or the way he ducked out of the anti-seminism debate before John Mann spoke:" You may notice that there are only about two cabinet members present while John Mann spoke and Theresa May wasn't present either. I very much Corbyn "ducked out" so much as he had other appointments.

Corbyn did not meet the IRA, Gerry Adams was met as a member of Sinn Fein not the IRA, Gerry Adams has always stated the he has never been a member of the IRA.

Acting on behalf of prisoners does not mean you support the organisation that they are members of. I do not support Catholicism or Anglicism but that does not mean I would not help a Catholic or an Anglican!

It seems to come as a surprise to many but to negotiate a peace you have to talk to people whether you agree with them or not. The sensationalist press that rake up the "he talked to him" as a crime is simple stupidity.

The Farage ones are mostly equally rubbish as well.

The unelected EU Commission are not like the Civil Service, the Commission decides policy at a level above MEPs, indeed MEP's have no means to introduce policy unlike the UK MPs. The Civil Service in the UK are executives not decision makers, they comply with the law and the requirements of parliament.

The £350m a week is perfectly true, that is is how much of our money the EU control.

The majority of our laws are made by the EU is also true, all laws made since we have been in the EU are controlled by the EU and the figure of 70% being specified by the EU would seem realistic. The sentence was in the current tense, not the past tense, it did not state that 70% of all existing UK laws were made by the EU.

Galloway wiped the floor of the Senate with their accusations, the Americans were highly embarrassed that some of their best debaters were totally out-ranked..

Theresa May didn't need to be present. Its not her party with mental Momentum followers or jew haters.

This is a Labour issue that Corbyn has struggled to handle for months and proves he has no leadership qualities.

And I suggest you do a bit of research if you think the "£350 million a week" claim is true.
Posted By: diggingdeeper Re: Is this crime against humanity - 19th Apr 2018 9:43am
No, it’s a Tory propaganda issue. All statistics have shown that right wing anti-semitism is worse than left-wing. Not helped by the number of Tory MPs in the Labour Party.

Any form of racism goes 100% against everything momentum stands for. But being the biggest (by far) political support group you are bound to have a few rotten eggs on-board.

Lies and double dealing is rife :

Mohammed Haydar Zammar has been arrested by Kurdish fighters in Northern Syria.

This man is a German citizen who was born in Aleppo. is a Muslim jihadist who served as an important al-Qaida recruiter, and is currently a member of the Islamic State. Accused of helping to plot the 9/11 terrorist attack and he claims to have recruited many of the members of the 9/11 attacks .
A commander of the US backed Syrian Democratic Force
Opponents of Assad

Was imprisoned in The Palestine Branch of Military Intelligence in Damascus. The UN Working Group on Arbitrary Detention stated that Muhammad Haydar Zammar was detained arbitrarily and called upon the Syrian authorities to “remedy the situation”.

He was released as part of a prisoner exchange between the Islamist Syrian rebel group Ahrar al-Sham and the Syrian Government in September 2013.
Ahrar al-Sham are opposition to the Syrian Government.

Considering the USA have pulled out of financial aid for the White Helmets and Mrs May indicated in Prime Ministers question time a couple of weeks ago, that apart from the now promised additional £250 million to Syria and we will be giving to the White Helmets on top of already over £30 million, the UK Government will also be filling in US hole.

Now, let's take a look at these.. The first video is all about that wonderful man, 'The Cat Man of Aleppo ' and what wonderful woks he has done for cats. He is not shown in the video but his friends are . Plastered all over the internet, BBC, Charities, The Dodo etc. Already the White Helmets been awarded Nobel Peace Prize.

The Cat Man has a brand new house with swimming pool and amazing new cat sanctuary and now a childrens' playground. He's doing very well considering all things in Syria. ???

Watch what for the older guy

Next the same older guy appears at 10.03 (if you don't want to watch it all) A very different agenda.

Why are we the UK paying for these animals. i.e. the humans as part of the White Helmets.

Of course White Helmets are not supposed to be armed either. Plenty of them are, there's proof of that too. No one is going to make them put guns on to take fake videos.

Listen to what this guy says on the video .

We are about to bring these people into UK ! There was one suspected, always called himself an ambulance driver, opened a cat sanctuary in Aleppo. Got thousands and thousands of charitable support. Rebuilt his house that had been bombed, with a swimming pool and a brand new operating room for the cats with a whole room full of technical equipment , medicines and utensils, when not even the children could find medicines.
Strangely he went missing on the 21/22 nd of July.. the same time the WH rescue took place. Messages given by his admin (who, lives in Italy,) on the charity site stated he was far away and having a well earned rest.
In the last couple of days, the Charity Site has been closed , so one wonders who has the money. Everyone will know who this guy is .. he's world renowned and put forward for Peace Prize !
He also gave partied for children.... lots of children with cakes the size of a bath tub, and presents for all the kids. Pictures of all the little girls kissing and hugging him, and not a mother in sight on most of the images ! Not what we would see as correct in this country.

Make up your own mind.:
