heard on the radio this morning that there was a fatality at meols station and the trains were takin off between meols and bidston as anyone heard anything

Just another suicide folks. Lifes crap somtimes, but some people choose the easy way out im afraid.

There is little way you can "miss" a train lol, if you can't see it, you can hear it and vice-versa!!

A very delicate thing here. Someone, somewhere will be missing a son/dad/brother etc. Just so sad.

That said, I have to agree with Tatey. The Motorman will have that on his mind for evermore, not just every time he goes over the crossing. Not nice.

One of my close friends (and his family) had known him for years and are totally devastated beyond words. He was a lovely man. RIP John frown

Yeah i'm fine.. i didn't know John very well but i've helping my friend through two losses and this being one, i'm exhausted but its nothing to what the people left behind are going through x
