someone jumped from the wallasey tunnel bridge again today, anyone heard anything?

lol, good point ste, but unfortunatly it is usually for attension, the person who has killed them selfs do it so dramastically so that the person who is hurting them has to live with the guilt.....some bollox like that any way. They should have closed both the tunnels {Birkenhead as well as the Wallasey} then every body could have walked down to the ferry and got the boat. Nothing better than a sail on the river. {all that FRESH AIR DOES YOU GOOD.}

On merseyside it said the tunnel was closed due to an problem on scotland road? nothing about a jumper on the wallasey bridge

I understood that Mersey Travel (or whoever else) cannot report "incidents" as suicides, as it it the responsibility of the Coroner.

I heard it was a police inncident effecting Wallasey bound traffic.

Athough I heard Scotland road mentioned, I think that was because thats the only place there would be a problem if it was closed Wallasey bound...

I saw the police collecting on the road from Bidston Tesco, there was about 20 of them, didn't realise it was this, must've just happened.

So it was L'pool side? Its a terrible way to go - espeically if your were unsuccessful as this man has been. I hope if he recovers he gets the psychiatric help he needs.
