heres my install that i finished today with the help of dikky5

it consists of 2 inch JBL subs an a 360watt amp mounted on a flat board of mdf an 2 enclosed boxes packed with cotton wool, an a mini fire extinguiser placed inbetween the subs, the mdf is covered by a layer if sponge an imitation black leather

sounds pretty gud yeah still need to work on the front end as i still hav standard door speakers an tweeters but its all a slow process

does actually look really good that mate. its subtle and smooth. quality job. did it take u long? shud put a cppl of tweeters either side of the fire extinguisher, make it a bit crisper!

surely the amplified subs would drown out the 1 inch sized speakers

oh right, sorry i'm not a frozen audio specialist!!Lol! wud still look cool, i jus presumed that seem as they wer on a different frequency movin diff waves etc might make it cooler!

it took about 8 hours in all, 1st attempt knew exactly what i wanted it to look like then with the help of dikky5 we went to work on it, wos gonna put a port in one of the boxes as 1 did one big box an 1 smaller box, gettin me car bk tomos with the kit on so if im at the meet itll all be on, thanx for the coments guys

for the simple fact i dont like the look of my amp if i chose to get a upgrade in amps i may change the instal but im happy for now

i wont even go into that subject was just rather hilarious. had a few funny simple hick ups wiv surrounds 4 the speakers 2 go in lol
