Agree on the German cars the VW was realy solid and well made, current family Vauxhall is slightly dull but does exactly what it's supposed to.

Cavalier was my fave for the price. Very reliable and easy to fix. BMW most well built and best to drive. Had a Vectra 2.0DTI. Biggest piece of shit ever.

Loved my A reg 1.1L fiesta quite quick for what it was.
