Right the honda decided to throw a dicky fit at the moment,
with a growing list of bits that need to be fixed the power steering fluid decided to piss out all over the front bumper.
( -leaving me with a car than not only handeled like a tank, but sounded like one too as the center section snapped on the zorst)

i figured out where the hole was in the fluid lines, there is a pice that run in front of the rad, so ive just cut this section out (being honda parts are expensive)
my question is does the power steering fluid acctually need to be cooled? if not its working now an aint leaking.

cheers Pingu

In normal driving I wouldn't think so, but if your working the cones or other slaloming then it may be necessary.

The answers is to take it out for a run and see how much skin you lose when you touch it.

Are you sure the pump just drives steering, occasionally it can be used for other things.

As DD said, under normal driving it shouldnt need to be cooled
