The tiny street is decayed Elizabeth. Been that way for years. I don't even think Shore Road Pumping Station opens anymore. It only ever opened at weekends and it may do now for special visits, not sure. I was told that it is now on Peel Holdings land, but not heard that from anywhere else. Fantastic piece of machinery, and such a shame if it no longer opens.

Maybe it was to be a commemorative structure of sorts, as Victoria died in January 1901.A centenary thing? It really was/is hardly any larger than what is visible in the pictures.
