they started off becoming an experiment but i didnt expect it to last this long!! they still feel fresh and still no mould, what the hell is in them and what are we really putting inside our bodies? (no idea why its a clicky sorry guys)

The outer shell can keep its crusty look but inside, bread is a porous food, so mold can also be growing below the surface. It looks like oxygen has not gotten into the bag to damage its hard exterior. Wonder what is growing inside...
The outer shell would remain hard as it was baked. Maybe you could see inside some of the bits where the crust has separated. Makes you wonder though - if bread preserves like this then we eat it ......

i know its gone from me thinking oo the bread lasts long from that shop, to me thinking omg what do we really eat

there is air in the bag and iv had loaves that i havnt opened in plastic bags and they still went mouldy
