Oops! Sorry about that. My editing went astray when I noticed the other thread.
Although the library building and Library Street are now part of a car park (opposite the end of Hinson Street), the last evidence of Ewart Street's location lives on in the form of a paved walkway alongside the office block.
Thanks for the comments but I am a little confused now. I have another picture of the old central library which doesnt look like the same building to me.
