Joe, swapping the looms over shouldnt be too hard, especially with the motor out of the car - everything should be pretty easy to spot smile

Cheers Stu was pretty straight forward as you said. A few plugs had to be etended and some rewiring of certain sensors but it all worked out ok. Im still getting a code for the iacv valve but il have a mess about later smile

Right so heres some pics [Linked Image] Car jacked up and in the garage [Linked Image] On its way out [Linked Image] [Linked Image] Finally out! [Linked Image] New engine on the crane out the van [Linked Image] [Linked Image] Swapped the ek3 loom onto the b18c4 [Linked Image] dropped in [Linked Image] [Linked Image] Manifold on [Linked Image] Boom! Also fitted a 2.5" b-pipe with the 96 teg mani so now the system is a full 2.5". I have a type r steering rack and power steering pump on the way too

so iv sorted the code that i was getting for the tps and 02 sensor smile Now all im getting is an code for iacv so need to sort that out.

I eventually found some caliper pistons so built my front calipers back up with the new seals

3.5kgs each, just need to make some brackets for them to fit on my ek9 rails.

Iv also got an ek9 steering rack and pas pump so that can go on when i do the brakes. Some other bits are on the way from tegiwa aswel

Then once all this stuff is in it should be ready for tax, m.o.t and insurance

Right sooo I have made up the brackets for my new seats but only fitted the drivers side as i still need to purchase a passenger side ek9 rail. Here is the seat mounted and fitted with the harness back on

Then i set about putting my 262 discs on the back. All jacked up with the standard drums on..

Then fitted with fresh pads, HEL brake lines and handbrake cables all bolted up.. [Linked Image] [Linked Image]

Wheels are rubbed down here, ready for some fresh paint smile Not too sure what colour to paint them yet though. Heres a pic of the engine, I know its messy and there are wires everywhere. Something il sort once the m.o.t is done

Those seats dont look too comfy wink

The 262s on the rear are a great upgrade. I had the OEM 240 discs on the back of the race car, and the 262's with some grooved discs are a huge improvement on the track - they balance the front brake upgrade perfectly smile

Its suprisingly comfy smile wouldnt of thought it but its quite snug

Thats good to here about the rears. Cant wait to test them out, just need to fit the new servo and master cylinder then bleed them. You running the 282's on the front stu? If so how are they on track?

I did a partial wire tuck tonight in between other jobs on the car. Wheels will be getting sprayed soon aswel smile [Linked Image]

Looks loads better smile Still need to rip all the abs stuff out and sort the battery wires. Will be much neater once im finished swapping the powersteering pump and ek9 rack as i can tuck more of it under them.
