we have one in the gym and loads of the fit birds use it so it must do something, although i did doubt

haha, yeh i call them fat shaker machines lol.. just checked argos again thou and the one i have any more and i can only find it on amazon, dramatically reduced in price for £125, so i am now selling for £70!! xx
