Friends Of Wallasey Central Library present Japan Day on 20th August. All money raised on the day will be split between the Red Cross Tsunami Fund and the Friends Of Wallasey Central Library. The Friends Group exists to promote the library and raise funds towards improving this vital community resource.
Come along in August and enjoy some different apsects of Japanese culture. Learn how to make origami animals, find out about the wonderful train network in Tokyo or have some refreshing green tea. There will be acitivities for all ages and includes storytelling for children. 1000 till 1600 [Break 1300-1400]. Admission is free!
