If it is AC/AC then this is just a transformer (no doubt with the obligatory internal thermal fuse).
20.4A at 24V is 500 watts, that is quite big (and expensive).
The internal fuse "may" be replaceable.
Are you sure its the power-supply that's gone and not something to do with the lights and wiring?
