Sounds like a daft question but are they reporting these incidents to the Police and the council ASB team.
Anti-social behaviour is big news at the moment and the Police and the council are sh*t scared about not being seen to act on incidents. The council give you incident report forms which you fill in and send in for every incident that happens and they have to act on them - it takes a while but things do happen.
Gutted for them, hope it gets sorted and never happens again

they've told the police, who up untilthis morning, STILL hadnt been out !!! why do we pay council tax..... Not to protect us and deal with scummy little shits like this, no, instead we protect them, and try to 're-habilitate' them by putting the toe rags in young offenders institutes or prison where they can learn a real trade, like mugging, assault, robbery, murder.... should be like saudi arabia where the barstard would have fingers cut off !
its not an emergency, and they wont be able to do anything anyway....... good attitude isnt it.. Elderley and basically being targeted/ terrorised.... Maybe it would be dealt with if they where not english....
photos dont really show it all, even on the places its not gone to bare metal, its still took layers of pain off so car looks patchy... gonna need a full bare respay ....
Jonah / Chiccy we had a similar problem with ASB and I found out that if things keep being reported sh*t eventually lands on a senior officier's desk "why haven't you stopped this etc"
Another worth doing is finding out who the neighbourhood inspector is for the area and badger them with phone calls and emails - it worked for my mate (the culprits eventually were evicted from thier association house for breaching their ASBO!).
