I know i'm a little late noticing this, but ive just been down towards hamilton square today and there is no where to park now with just the parking discs.
Its all now in a Controlled Parking Zone between 8:30am and 6pm.
I wondered why the side streets were really quiet. Just to let you know, as i guess i missed this one, and it seems to be part of the councils scheme of things to charge for parking now.
I don't know where exactly it spreads too the zone, but Hamilton Square towards the IMO car wash or what ever its called, was pretty much covered.
I was going to ask if you knew if the parking around HSBC has changed too, but it doesnt matter as they're moving into town soon lol
Thats all I go down that way for, but I do notice the side roads are always packed.
A good move I think, but it isnt backed up by more free car parks, so more people are going to struggle for parking.

Apparently in the last few weeks. Like i say i only noticed when i seen the normally full side roads were empty.
Got me thinking is this a Bank Holiday. There are pay and display meters everywhere. Not tall ones there about the height of a car, and that's maybe why i didn't notice at first.

I know where they can park, they can use their common sense and either pay to park, or like I did today, park in the multi story, which was also near-empty haha!
Lifes a bitch, but weve all gotta live it, so we may as well just accept the parking fines until something is done by by people to pursuade the council to change their mind (maybe a petition??).
