Rude yes you can.
The only thing is,its supposed to have a lot of sand sprinkled over it when its first layed and periodically afterwards.If you hoover it pulls all the sand up.
Also its never a good idea to let dogs use it as their main 'dumping ground' as the pee just gets soaked in and stinks.
