hi
does anyone know what these are like to work for?
i'm currently working part time in retail but desperatly need a full time job..or at least more money than i earn now...

would do almost anything..but only experienced in retail

any ideas?

As long as you do not mind having the phone put down on you and other types of verbal abuse then a call centre could be ok for you.They expect you to meet high targets and some do not allow comfort breaks or any other breaks from the calling.I would think no experience would be no drawback at all as "full training will be given" i.e here is your phone and headset and this is your script.

It is pure hell on earth but will toughen you up for future jobs. Once you do a call centre, nothing else is that bad ever again.

My daughter works in a call centre but its one were people phone them only trouble it's out in Kirby

I know the council run a call centre for various operations; maybe you could try there perhaps.
