hi there ,
can any one tell me if the council are planning any work in local parks. espically in childrens play areas ,
I need help really ,
i need some rubber flooring for my horse and rubber matting is so expensive ,
i am willing to remove it myself as i know it can be expensive for it to be removed as you can not burn it <bad for the enviroment > any help or info would be great tried to call the council direct but they said could not help oshocked

It's too cold at the moment to lay the type of rubber flooring the council use, so they wouldn't be looking at doing any work.
