This is a survey carried out by Wirral Council on peoples ability to use and access computers. Not everyone is able to access the internet at home, so libraries offer half hour free and low cost internet access and support for those not so knowledgeable. The out come of this survey may decide where and when computers will be available in the future, and also help Wirral Council support customers needs.
Please take a few minutes to complete this short survey

Paper surveys are also available in libraries for the next week or so.

My stepdaughter worked for survey monkey a few years ago they are not good, Please be very careful how you answer you may give wbc a reason to stop services or shut your library.
I was unable to complete the survey as it would not accept un answered questions.

This site seems more interested in collecting personal information than anything else.

How long have the paper surveys been in the libraries? A week or two, doesn't seem very long considering many who use the libraries will not be there every week and particularly just prior to Christmas!! Seems all a little loaded toward the outcome they wish for.
They may also have forgotten that in the near future, those with internet access at home, may just get rid, in another attempt to save money.
No foresight...as per usual.
