Is it just me or has Wirral Council and Jeff Green stepped over the line with the lastest proposals of giving people who dont pay council tax a rebate. Surley this is a late April fool

to be fair the people who will be getting the rebates haven't asked for them and some of them have been made unemployed which automatically means their council tax gets paid for them!!!!this is just a case of doing what they can to get votes!!!so basically they are buying votes!!

Well the news should centre the mind when putting the cross on the ballot paper.
