If you need to drive that way to or from Meols during The Open, bear in mind the limit along both roads is 30mph for the duration. Don't want anyone to be caught out, thinking it's 40/50mph as per usual.

Just come along Frankby Road from Newton and noticed the main road has no parking cones from west kirby to at least Greasby. Sign up saying Exit route. One to avoid if possible.
