Hey im new here.

I was on the beach from 10 to 4 collecting wood
from in side the rocks by the fort. Just thought id let
you know i'll be there again tomo if any one wants to help
rebuild the ship! Ooarrr!

thanks mate! well its a good thing you have job! hate not working so im doing this its a good work out and it makes all the kids happy too. laugh

Part of the Pearl was found wrapped round the iron men in Crosby and rescued by the RNLI.

Just wondering, does the Black Pearl have to be rebuilt with Mersey driftwood? There are some good lengths and chunky pieces on the tideline at King's Gap in Hoylake at the moment (bottom of Stanley road, you can drive to the top of the slipway to load), if someone has a trailer or estate car to pick them up.

There is a large tree jammed in the railings of the steps to the beach opposite the roundabout at the bottom of Harrison Drive. There is enough wood in that to build a proper ship.

It's been moved off the steps now,it was just lying on the beach this morning.
