Lol laugh

Would be a strange thing to witness, especially in this weather.

Happens all the time in the states due to crystal meth, they are usually agitated and mumbling religious things or claiming there are demons after them.

Vids of police chasing them on liveleak quite often.

This guys probs done it for a laugh like somebody else mentioned.

smile

it wasn't drug or alcohol related, it was mental health related.

that's as much as i'm at liberty to say without putting my job in jeopardy.

A flasher is normally doing so for sexual kicks and normally to minors in a secluded area, a naked man walking down the road is either normally mentally ill/drunk or doing it as a dare. My 3 daughters would feel threatened by a flasher in the park than a naked man in a busy area walking down the road.

so the next time there's a flasher and the police are called all he has to do is take all his stuff off and run down a road and tell them it was a dare smack

why is one wrong but the other is ok?

both are wrong, right?

or is this the norm these day doh

ps this is my view.

Right, wrong, wrong, right. What? If someone goes naked in a public place, for whatever reason, he/she must have mental health issues. There are designated places for such activities e.g 'nudist camps'.
I should expect that most, generally know what they do but,it's not funny and it doesn't bother them. Therefore it's a mental health problem.
So next time you are tempted, think first, you could have a stigma attached for life! frown

All wrong,
Posted By: dizdazdoz Re: naked man on derby road tranmere? - 30th Mar 2013 9:30am
I agree both are wrong.

I just feel that a flasher is dangerous, doing it for sexual purposes (possibly erect) and it could lead to further more serious crimes.

A streaker is doing it for a number of reasons and none of them are ever sexually excited by it.
