Not always, I picked up a set of 10 perfect conditon educational hardback readers for 4/5yr olds today at a carboot for £4 . Absolute bargain. A large very attractive jigsaw (all pieces clean and present ) for £1.50 and four brand new looking pop up books for 20p each. Also a couple of pairs of childrens Peppa Pig jeans and tops , a swimming costume , summer dress, all 20p each. Excellent recycling .

Have to admit though, did buy a game , and found when I got home it had pieces missing. £1.50 down the drain, but hey , its swings and roundabouts! Does bug me a bit though when people cant be bothered to check things before they sell- only takes a minute - but some would rather just lie and tell you 'its all there' , when really they have no idea. I find it mildly annoying, but I think its a real shame when you see kids forking out their pocket money on boxed games and stuff, getting home and finding its useless because part of it has been lost.
