Fender Lane is shut both ways by the police. Can't see an accident and the signs say "incident". Perhaps a jumper.
Silly me, of course some people call it the Bidston bypass and have already reported it.(Jen 8505).Only a bike to be seen from Tesco end and nothing from the other.
