A word of warning to anyone about to go out driving, Penny bridge roundabout aproaching from Birkenhead is really badly flooded 2/3 feet of water

Pathetic considering the dock is so close.
It's been happening for years - why can't they put some sort of drain into the dock? Surely it wouldn't be that hard.
