Walking past the bingo hall this morning and a piece of concrete fell off it,beware!!!.

Could of been serious.

Looks like the roots of that plant have caused that, this is why building should be kept clean and rid of weeds from the facades.

Inform the council's Building Control office on (0151) 606 2020 (out of Hours telephone (0151) 647 7810) or buildingcontrol at wirral.gov.uk

I was under the impression that, if the council ignore the information passed to them, they run the risk of being called as a co-defendant in any personal injury compensation claims occurring on the public highway?
