Hi I have a friend she is 8 months pregnant and has just moved in to a flat her only income is income surport and she needs a washing machine and cooker does any one know how she can get help to get these items or know of a charity orgnisations that sells things like this cheep for people in need. thanks

just over 4 bridges turn right then left at lights i think its kelvin rd ? there is a place there that sells all secondhand household stuff very very cheap i cant remember name of place but when on kelvin rd its on right just ask some 1

I know of two places, I got my step daughter a fridge,freezer and washing machine for £120 in excellent condition, that was at the wallasey auctions on a wednesday starts at 5pm viewing all day wednesday. Andn the 2nd place is Wirral freecycle which is on a yahoo group, you just have to be lucky that somwone wants rid of one and you have transport to collect it. Obviously thats free, I've had tv stand, comp desk, bed and a few other things off their
