What is above the kitchen? It sounds as if it may be a radiator, check around the edges and valves of radiators, or under the bath. I had a leak a short while ago! A pipe had buckled.

Rang the emergency out of hrs number for landlord. Turned main water off- stopcock? Drained the taps. Above the kitchen is Spare 'Oom! No ones ventured in there for months. Tiny box room with a radiator.

Is the radiator leaking round the valeves or edges ?

Yer i will. She's poked a hole in the ceiling+ is now doing something in Spare Oom???. Update soon, guys.

The hole she poked is to let all the water above it drain off, instead of the whole cealing coming down. Is this the council you have called out as they wont charge?
