Any central heating Engineers? - 25th Sep 2009 5:15pm
Recently had an issue with my boiler which I thought my insurance would cover, but it didnt, and I forked out for the insurance approved people to fix it... (new pressure switch, pump, diverter valve and heat ex)
Now however, my heating / water fires up, but after a few mins the gas goes out (pump still runs) and the safety switch lights up. Reset the system and all is well again for a few mins.
No ideally I dont want to pay for those people to com out again, as Im sure I can get cheaper locally, but Im unsure if its one of the parts they have changed.
Onlt really just noticed the problem as Ive just started using the heating on the odd cooler evening, and it hasnt really shown its head when just heating the water....
Anyone help?
