Is anyone else trying to claim this and having trouble?

This is the third day on the bounce and the site lets me enter all the relevant details and then I just get the 'spinning wheel'.

Friday and yesterday I left it running for 6 hours and got nothing. Today I've had it running for 4 hours.
It's doing my nut in.
