Just ordered new toner cartridge from Toner Giant . Secure connection padlock and https , but after paying the confirmation came up with this . Is it a problem? ( Ive only copied the body of the email, not the address at top or finance details at bottom.)Not sure if Ive bought the thing or not!

Visualbasic's way of saying the record is empty unexpectedly, poor programming by whoever wrote the code on two counts, first that the error happened and secondly all errors should be trapped, especially on a financial transaction.

If the money went out your account you have probably bought the item and the record exists at their end but I'd give them a phonecall just to check 0845 365 3605
