Hi! Can anyone give me a personal recommendation for a Chartered Surveyor please? I need a Home Buyers Report for a property in Wallasey and would like a quick, efficient and affordable service. I'm not necessarily looking the cheapest as much as the best value for money.

I've also had two structural surveys which were surprisingly cheap but if your mortgage company isn't doing a valuation you have to ask for the valuation as well which may cost extra. Unfortunately I can't remember who it was. Scary reports but they also advised on price of repairs which put most of them into perspective.

Can't recommend any conveyors though I would use licensed conveyors rather than solicitors.
