They sell spare parts for all sorts of domestic appliances, but better still have a selection of very clear videos telling you how to go about it. Worth a look even if you plan to get someone else to do the job.

I've replaced an electric grill element in the cooker, a 'simmerstat' controller for the same cooker, replaced the detergent dispenser and the door catch on the dishwasher and the pump on the washing machine using their site, and none of these jobs were very difficult at all.
