Is anyone on here unfortunate enough to have Scottish Power as an energy supplier? I won't bore you with details why I'm trying to call them, but each time I ring (5 times in last 4 weeks), I have to wait a minimum of 2-3 hours before I speak with someone. Thankfully it's a free phone number or my phone bill would be sky high.
Their customer service is abysmal and even when I have managed to get through, they are still not capable of correcting my bill.
Is it just me or has anyone else had similar experience?

Always had great service from scottish power, there is a facility for them to call you back when you ring, i use that im not hanging about on the phone when i dont need to,

I've been with SP for 31yrs now. No problems with contacting them. Being up in the hills, power outages are pretty common due to lightning strikes, branches on overhead lines etc. Always got through pretty quickly. I think they are as "good" as any utility company really.

I was with Scottish Power for three years and I thought their customer service was pretty good.

Just put a hold on your payments--they will get in touch with you then
