Found this today; firmly bolted to a bench. Anyone got any ideas ?

in Latin, 'Pax' means 'Peace' and 'Primus' is 'First' not sure about the rest of it. the character spacing seems a bit odd as 'Rugellatty' and 'Paxandatch' mean nothing...

Not the faintest clue - but a really fascinating find!
I sure hope that someone out there, knows what it means!

Someone has gone to an awful lot of trouble to prepare and put that there ! It may have some personal meaning - perhaps Rugaletty & Paxandatch are nicknames that only the installer and the people concerned will know .

Rugell is a town in Liechtensteinif that helps at all!

Yes - but it seems that they spell it with 2 g's (Ruggell)...
