Has anybody else had grief using this service??

For weeks, if not months now I have had nothing but hassle using this site???? The Host? seems to change every 5 minutes.......

I only want to renew/ reserve my books fgs!!!!

My ticket says www.wirral-libraries.net to do these simple tasks- hardly ever works.

I bet its intentional by the 'powers that be'

Here is a link that I used to use but a 'preview' shows me that is does not hyperlink??
