We are looking for someone to carry out the following work for us in Seacombe.

We are also getting other quotes.

Strip out existing bathroom, take down wall into separate WC and make good.

Install new floor and wall tiling, fit new LED spotlights.

Adjust plumbing and fit new roll top bath, new wall mounted WHB and re-fix WC, all exposed plumbing to be chrome.

Remove existing rad and fit new designer rad to bathroom and also to bedroom.

Fit new electric shower (power supply already there)

All major items supplied by us, i.e. sanitary fitting, shower, radiators, tiles.

Remove WC door and make good, take down wall and door to store on landing and make good.

All work to be in full accordance with B Regs and NICEIC compliant.

Overall bathroom dims once opened into WC - 3.2 (length) x 1.4 (depth) x 2.4m (height)
