Regarding this solicitor- he did a will for my elderly friend a few years ago, and I suspected him from the start. I obtained a copy of her will after she died and it seemed to me then that my suspicions were correct but I didnt know what to do about it . There were no 'direct' bequests to him, but I think it raises some interesting questions as to why a relatively small estate was going to be administered in the way it was going to be. There were other issues too , which I cant mention here. Question is --should I be voicing my concerns to someone (like who ?) --or is there no point now he has been banned for 3 years. I wish Id the courage of my convictions years ago . Makes my blood boil when I think back to her saying what a wonderful personal friend he was , and how he would always do his very best for her , and she could relax as she could trust him completely !!! mad
