Just had a leaflet through, Medical Walk Centres should be used for the following:- cuts and bruises, minor burns and scalds, sprains and strains, colds and coughs, high temperature, stomach ache, minofr infections affecting ears, nose and throat, minor eye infections, skin complains e.g. rashes, urinary tract infections, insect bites and stings and emergency contraception.
Why can't people with broken legs use them, this is descriminatory.
and it should've read, Walk In Centres, doh!
Waste of time, they have to send you to arrowe for xrays anyway,
THey don't actually Madge, I broke my tow,e went to walk in at Wallaey was Xrayed and sorted, much quicker than Arrowe Walk In or Arrowe A&E
It should have also said that ambulances are NOT for any of the above too!!
Sallybear, my son informed me yesterday that they dont xray there anymore, and send people to arrowe park, ?
I had an x-ray at VCH, Mill Lane, Wallasey a couple of weeks ago. All very quick & efficient.

NSPCC and Welfare are on the way to deal with child assault.
lmao he isnt a child, but you might want to call the soh police instead
Department of the xrays was up and running yesterday 01/11/13.
I saw with my own eyeballs :-)
maybe hey still do the pre booked x-rays but not the walk in ones, probably isn't viable to keep on a technician all the hours the walk in is open just in case
