Has anyone ever put the likes of Rain-X on the windows in a house?

I'm fed up with my conservatory glass roof always looking mucky when it rains and am wondering if I put some RainX on it, would it help the raindrops run off better?

Alternatively, if there's a product out there specifically for conservatory windows, please let me know
