I have a large screw in one of my tyres. Does anyone know somewhere reasonable who might be able to fix it as money is a bit tight at the mo.
thanks.

Place by the KFC rock ferry charges about £8 for a puncture repair, sure a similar place near the four bridges sure someone will be along with better info. Norm price is around £8-£12 to repair but if damaged in bad place/area of tyre may need replacement.

if it's in the side-wall then it can't be repaired, try Tyres Direct on the dock road between Poulton Vics and 4 bridges, they do repairs, part worn as well as new.

Tyre Guys as suggested are the best bet,,,the ones on the dock road are ridiculously expensive

Tunnel Tyres, this morning. Large screw in tyre, removed & area repaired, new valve fitted. £10.00 & well pleased.

Never buy tyres from scrap yards, prices may be tempting, but you could be putting yourself and other road users at risk. I would rather starve for a week and buy a new one, an old friend used to buy tyres off scrap yard cheap and one blew out on the way to Blackpool and nearly killed us. Rubber degrades after 5 years and internally can be damaged without it being obvious.
