Google search on D24 shows RN Destroyer HMS Gravelines, commissioned in 1946, so this must be a post war photo.

Of course HMS Iron Duke was First World War.

Gravelines built at Lairds, V1127, the other 2 look the same Battle class destroyers, couldn't guess the names without numbers.

I have a similar photograph of HMS Iron Duke which was taken 1931/1932 according to the inscription on it.

Re HMS Gravelines, it must be post 1949 as she was not issued with that pennant number D24 until then. She was with the Mediterranean Fleet based on Malta from August 1949 until 1953 when she returned to the UK and was laid up in reserve. The photo could have been taken 1953 and have something to do with the Queens Coronation as she is dressed overall as are the other destroyers.
