Not to sure exactly what it was but I was driving through the tunnel Liverpool bound about half an hour ago..

Coming the other way to the Wirral were numerous police cars, vans, SWAT type vans, ambulances and fire engines flying through the tunnel. Anyone know what has happened?

I heard all the sirens aswell this morning, i live on Peel Avenue estate but there was a heck of a lot of sirens.

They went down to New Brighton area along the front

I work at g gap baths one of our staff saw a man in the river this morning could this why they were responding ?

Was it the coast guard vehicles from there base in Crosby??

somebody been pulled out of the river.sad news.
